My Story ↓
Your Path to Music.
With personalized guidance.
For me, teaching means more than just passing on knowledge. It’s about accompanying each person on their musical journey, sparking curiosity, and helping them unlock their own potential step by step.
Through more than ten years of teaching piano and saxophone and my master’s degree in music education, I have developed a personalized teaching approach. Everyone learns differently. That’s why my lessons are tailored to your goals, interests, and learning style—with the structure and consistency that enable real progress .
Depending on your needs, we combine pieces and technique with improvisation, harmony, and ear training. It’s not just about playing the right notes: You should understand what you’re playing, try out your own ideas, and develop a personal connection to music.
Teaching music.
Living music.
In addition to my work as a teacher, I am active as a musician, composer, and recording artist. I studied jazz performance at the FHNW Jazzcampus in Basel and have worked with musicians such as Brad Mehldau, Mark Turner, Ambrose Akinmusire, and Kurt Rosenwinkel.
My artistic work includes my own projects as a performer and composer, as well as collaborations and recordings with Larry Grenadier and Jorge Rossy. I am also a Henri SELMER Paris Artist and a D’Addario Artist.
This connection to the professional music world is an important part of my teaching. The experiences I’ve gained from performing, composing, and recording bring new perspectives to every lesson—and also keep my own curiosity alive.
A personal space.
A clear vision.
